Set on the north bank of the River Sado, near the mouth of the estuary, Setúbal is a world all its own. You’ll immediately notice the castle set high above the city, giving way to sweeping water views.
Old town gives way to old churches, local restaurants and the aroma of cuisine that wakes every sense within you. A protected nature reserve, energetic dolphins swimming off the coast – a once in a lifetime experience in absolutely every way.
The adventurers-at-heart will not be disappointed. Hike, bike and otherwise explore the medieval architecture and lush forestry around the area. You’ll also find a variety of flora and farming and fishing outlets in juxtaposition to the sandy beaches and teeming lagoons.

HOW AN EXPANSION EXPERIENCE WORKS
First step – letting go and relaxing. Second is being with people who understand you, get what you’re going through. Relaxing into this warm embrace of people who get you because they have all the same challenges you do, too. EVERYBODY GETS IT.
Everyone’s on the same platform, free to be with them uninhibited, laugh & chat and talk about anything – not hiding. Experiencing something new, outside our regular routine.
Something totally new that’s interesting, new flavors smells and sites – and experiencing & learning that all together. Excursions will be guide at museum, port wine /business lessons to learn. Learning something new opens up our brains to possibilities that weren’t there before… in general.

Located in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park, Hotel Casa Palmela is located in Quinta do Esteval, a house with a history dating back to the 17th century.

Who am I?
I’ve lived and traveled all over the world.
My birthplace is in France. My first language was Japanese. My first school was in Geneva. Although my parents hail from Brooklyn I didn’t call the U.S. “home” until I was 11.
Moving so much as a kid was rough. What felt like a hardship growing up though, is an incredible blessing as an adult in business.
I learned to connect with people and make friends at the drop of a hat which helps me tap into and really listen to my intuition. It makes it easy to meet people where they are.
Saying hello and goodbye time after time instilled in me how precious intimate relationships are.
I wear many hats: wife, mother, traveler, wine connoisseur, business owner, entrepreneur, strategist, mentor, teacher, speaker, and more.
A little about my experience…
I’ve been a coach for over 30 years and a business owner for 20. Over the years I’ve worked with every type of business, from the Fortune 500 company to the small business owner.
I walk my talk. I hit six figures my first year in business and continued to grow since.
I’ve gone from taking one week to eight weeks of international travel per year without sacrificing the quality of service I deliver to my clients.
I’m making more money while having more time to do what I love. This is what I want for you.
I believe being a successful business owner is 90% being and only 10% doing.
I believe the highest probability of the deepest transformation takes places in an intimate conversation over time.
I believe, at heart, growing a business is all about personal growth. It’s about challenging our assumptions and pushing our boundaries, and seeing what power we have in the world.
I’m irreverent and a bit woo woo, known as airy fairy where I come from.

FAQ
What Does My Registration Cover?
Your registration includes your retreat access fees, hotel accommodations, 3 dinners and 5 breakfasts, some covered lunches, and group coaching. You’re separately responsible for your flight.
Can I bring my significant other?
You can. We seek to keep the pricing reflective of a low barrier to entry. Significant others will be able to share a room with you, but pay a separate cost for excursions, dinners, etc. This Significant Other registration fee is payable and due upon registration. The Significant Other rate is $2,800.
Can I come for part of the retreat?
Sorry, no! The Expansion Experience is designed very strategically and coming/going outside of the set dates of the retreat is disruptive to the other members. Out of respect to your OWN expansion opportunity and the experiences of others, arrive & depart on the dates listed.
What is your refund policy?
| Trip is booked | $500 Deposit at booking, Refundable if application is not accepted |
| July 18, 2022 | Only 50% of your total trip price is refundable at this time. If you have a Garden House Room, Total price is $5900, thus refund would be $2950. If a Premium Room, total price is $6100, thus refund will be $3050. |
| September 1, 2022 | The trip is now totally non-refundable. |
Also, we strongly recommend travel insurance which will cover the majority of the cost of your cancellation, should something arise unexpectedly. (Email us at dana@danacorey.com for recommendations.)
What is the investment?
Your investment for the retreat fees is $5,900 – $6,100 (depending on room choice) when paid in a single payment at the time of application acceptance. There is an option for paying in monthly installments, which require your final payment be made before August 1, 2022.
What are the room accommodations like?
When your application is accepted, you’ll be given options for accommodations remaining. Rooms are single occupancy unless bringing your significant other.
